What are the streetcar timetables?

Msheireb tramway operating hours are as follows:

Saturday to Thursday :

  • Morning: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  • Evenings: 4 pm to 9 pm

Friday :

  • From 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The last streetcar leaves 15 minutes before closing time. These schedules are displayed on screens at each stop, enabling passengers to plan their journeys accordingly. It’s always a good idea to check these schedules to make sure they’re up to date.

Things you can’t do on the streetcar

To get to Msheireb Downtown Doha from the Msheireb metro station, follow these steps:

  1. Station exit: Take exit 5 from Msheireb station, which is the Downtown East exit.
  2. Follow the signs: Once outside, follow the signs to the street.
  3. Walk left: Walk a few metres along the left-hand side of the street, always following the signs.
  4. Arriving at Msheireb Downtown Doha: Continue until you reach Msheireb Downtown Doha. You’ll see Msheireb tramway station no. 2 on the right-hand side.
  5. Tree-shaped streetcar stop: At this stop, there’s a tree-shaped streetcar shelter where visitors can sit while waiting for the streetcar.
