With some of the fastest automatic trains in the world, Doha’s rapid metro network comprises three lines (Red, Green and Gold), stretching over 76 kilometers and serving 37 stations. All these lines connect at the main Msheireb station, close to Doha’s major cultural attractions.
- The Red Line, which runs along the coast, connects Hamad International Airport with West Bay, and also serves Katara Cultural Village, Qatar University and Lusail.
- The education-focused Green Line connects Hamad Hospital, Al Bidda Park, the Qatar Foundation’s Education City area, and the Mall of Qatar.
- The historic Gold Line links the Khalifa Stadium with the Villaggio shopping mall, and extends to the Souq Waqif and the Qatar National Museum.
Connection buses are available free of charge at most stations.

What are the operating hours of the Doha metro?

Goldclub card :

- Goldclub cards :
- Goldclub cards are available exclusively from dedicated Goldclub offices located in all metro stations. These offices offer a specialized service for the purchase and management of Goldclub cards.
How do I top up my card?
There are several easy ways to recharge Travel Cards:
- Machines in stations: Recharging machines are available in all metro stations. They are accessible and easy to use for adding funds to your card.
